Website Service Agreement
Last updated October 14, 2026
This agreement is between Eian O'Brien, who runs Ninu ("we" or "us"), and the business named at checkout ("you"). You accept it by checking the box and paying at checkout. It's written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you pay.
1. What you get ($297 a month)
- A new website for your business, built to work well on phones, with a page for each service you offer.
- A local phone number for your website that forwards to your phone. If you miss a call, the caller gets an automatic text from your business.
- Your website's form connected to our lead system. Each person who fills it out gets an instant email reply and, if they agree to texts, an instant text. You get an alert.
- A chat assistant on your website that answers common questions about your business. It says it's a virtual assistant, and it doesn't quote prices or promise dates.
- Review requests: after a job, your customer can get a text with a link to review you on Google. Your website shows your best Google reviews next to your overall Google rating and total number of reviews.
- Text features start once your business is approved for business texting. Approval can take up to a week and is decided by the phone carriers, not by us.
- Hosting, a security certificate (the "https" lock), and keeping the site running.
- A short monthly report of the calls, texts, forms, chats, and reviews your site received.
- Small updates, up to one hour of work a month. For example: new photos, hours, a new service, or text changes. Unused time doesn't carry over to the next month.
- Bigger changes, like new pages or a redesign, are quoted first and only done if you agree to the price.
- Your site live, usually 7 to 10 days after we receive what we need from you (section 4).
- A basic check of your Google Business Profile, Bing Places, and Yelp listings, so your name, phone number, hours, services, and service area match your website.
Optional: Google Business Profile optimization
A one-time setup of your Google Business Profile: your categories, services, service area, hours, description, the photos you give us, and replies to your existing reviews. It's included if you pay three months or a full year up front, or $300 if you pay monthly (section 2). After setup, you can post new photos and updates whenever you want. Review requests keep running as part of your monthly service. We don't promise any particular ranking on Google (section 7).
2. Payment
- The price is $297 a month. There's no setup fee.
- Your first month is charged at signup. After that, you're charged automatically each month on the same date, to the payment method you use at checkout.
- Three months up front (optional): $891, charged at signup, with Google Business Profile optimization included. Monthly billing at $297 starts at the beginning of your fourth month.
- One year up front (optional): $2,970, charged at signup. That's two months free compared with paying monthly, and Google Business Profile optimization is included. When your year ends, billing continues at $297 a month unless you choose to pay for another year, at the same yearly price. We'll remind you at least 30 days before your year ends. We never charge you for another year unless you ask us to.
- Google Business Profile optimization on the monthly plan (optional): $300, charged once.
- We don't give refunds for part of a month. If you paid three months or a year up front, we don't refund the unused months, and your service keeps running through the end of the time you paid for.
- If a payment fails, we'll let you know. If it isn't fixed within 10 days, we pause updates and the lead system. If it's still unpaid after 30 days, we may take the site offline until it's paid. We never delete your files or your leads because of a late payment.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
3. Canceling
- There's no contract and no minimum. You can cancel anytime by email or text. There's no cancellation fee.
- Your service keeps running through the end of the time you've paid for. After that, your website and the lead system stop, unless you buy out your website.
- Website buyout: if you want to keep your website after you cancel, you can buy it out for $1,000. We move your site to hosting in your name (or send you the files), point your domain at it, and replace the form with one that emails you directly. The lead system stops: missed-call text-back, instant form replies, the chat assistant, review requests, and the monthly report. After the buyout, updates to the site are up to you.
- Within a few business days of your cancellation, we send you a spreadsheet of every lead your site received.
- If we registered your domain for you, we move it to your own account.
- Your website's phone number: if you want to keep it, we'll move it to your own phone provider at no charge. Let us know before your service ends.
- We keep your data for 90 days after your service ends, in case you come back. After that, we delete it.
- We can end this agreement early if you seriously break it and don't fix the problem within 15 days of being told in writing.
- If we ever stop offering this service, we'll give you at least 60 days' notice and help you move your domain, your phone number, and your leads.
4. What we need from you
- Your logo, photos, and the details of your services, and access to your domain (your web address) or permission to register one for you.
- Manager access to your Google Business Profile, so we can check your listing, show your reviews on your site, and send review requests (and do the optimization, if you choose it).
- The details your business needs for texting approval (for example, your legal business name and business address).
- Anything you send us has to be yours to use: you own it or have permission to use it.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information about your business, such as prices, licenses, and any claims about your work.
- Please answer our questions within a few days. Delays on your side push back the launch date.
5. Who owns what
- Your things are always yours: your business name, logo, photos, the text you give us, your reviews, your Google Business Profile, and your leads.
- Your domain is registered in your name. If we register it for you, we move it to your own account when the service ends.
- The website and the lead system (the design, the code, the chat assistant, and the texting and review tools) are ours. You can use them while your service is active. They stop running on your site when the service ends.
- If you buy out your website (section 3), that copy of your site is yours. Our template, the chat assistant, and the texting and review tools stay ours, and you can't reuse our template or code for other websites.
- Your website's phone number is held in our account while your service is active. You can take it with you when you leave (section 3).
- We may show your website in our portfolio. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't.
6. Leads, calls, texts, and chats
- Your leads belong to you. We use them only to run this service, and we never sell them.
- Calls, texts, form entries, and chats that come through your website are saved, so we can send them to you and include them in your report.
- Chat messages are processed by an AI service to write the assistant's replies.
- Text messages go only to people who agree to them on your form, or who call or text your website's number first. This service doesn't send cold texts or marketing blasts.
- Review requests are sent to every customer the same way. We don't screen out customers based on what they might say.
7. What we don't promise
- We don't promise any number of leads, calls, customers, sales, or a particular search ranking.
- We work to keep your site online and your leads flowing. But hosting, email, and phone companies sometimes have outages that we don't control, so we can't promise the site or the lead system will be available every minute.
8. Limits of responsibility
- If something goes wrong, our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the problem happened.
- Neither of us is responsible to the other for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business.
- This section doesn't limit responsibility for fraud, or for anything the law doesn't allow to be limited.
9. Everything else
- Illinois law applies to this agreement.
- This page and the details shown at checkout are the whole agreement between us. Any changes have to be agreed by both of us in writing. Email counts.
- If a court finds any part of this agreement can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
