Privacy Policy
Ninu ("we," "us") is a business run by Eian O'Brien in the Fox Valley, Illinois. We build websites for home services businesses and run the tools on them that answer calls, texts, forms, and chats. This policy explains what information we collect through madebyninu.com and our phone number, how we use it, and the choices you have.
If you contacted one of our clients through their website or phone number, that business's own privacy policy applies. We handle that information only on the business's behalf, to run their website and lead tools.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and your current website when you request a free preview or contact us.
- Calls to our number: your phone number and the time and length of the call. If we miss your call and you leave a voicemail, we keep the recording and a written transcript of it.
- Texts and emails: the messages you send us, and whether you agreed to receive texts or later opted out.
- Chat messages: what you type into the chat on our website.
- Website visits: basic, anonymous visit statistics, such as which pages were viewed. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To reply to your preview request, call, text, chat, or email.
- If we miss your call, to text you back about it.
- To schedule calls and meetings and send reminders.
- To send you information you asked for about Ninu's services.
- To keep a record of our conversations with you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Ninu, such as our website host (Cloudflare), our phone and text provider (Twilio), our email provider (Resend), and the AI service that writes our chat assistant's replies (Anthropic). They may use it only to provide those services to us.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're talking with you or working together, and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
- Reply to any email, or write to hello@madebyninu.com, to stop receiving emails, or to ask us to see, correct, or delete your information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
SMS Terms

What you'll receive
Ninu texts you only after you contact us. If you check the text message box on our website form, we'll text you about your request, including follow-up messages and reminders for calls or meetings you schedule with us. If you call or text our number and we miss you, we'll text you back about your call or message.
How often
Message frequency varies. Most people receive a few messages about their request.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message to confirm, and then you won't receive any more texts from us unless you sign up again. To start again, reply START.

Other terms
- Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from Ninu.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
